They have operatedwithin Europe for >30 years with an HQ in Almere, Netherlands and aproduction unit in Tarnow, Poland with ~25% European market share. Theirbusiness success has been based on quality, service, price and technology. Theircompetitive advantage on price is result of superior vertical integration,economies of scale and centralized production.


Summit’s customers range from Global FMCG brandowners to small sized specialist producers and contract fillers for all aerosolapplications. The main sectors supplied are household ,personal care, food &technical products.


Capital investment is a key foundation of Summit’slong term growth strategy supporting new product development & capacityexpansion projects. Summit Europe CV is in a growth phase and just completedtwo large expansion projects adding +6,000sq M factory extension to the EU HQin Almere, Netherlands to increase capacity for injection moulding of valve components,new product lines & actuator solutions (both stock & custom). Also, a state-of-the-artaerosol R&D development lab to support customer approvals & productdevelopment.



·        The candidate would be part of the European sales team and reportdirectly to European sales manager.

·        The candidate will be the primary contact for our customers acrossSouthern Europe and have overall responsibility for managing the clientrelationship.  

·        The geographical territory is France, Spain, Portugal ,Italy, Greece& Belgium.

·        The objective is to deliver long term sustainable, profitable growth inthe region driven through developing excellent client relationships,identifying new growth opportunities & leveraging Summit’s technicalexpertise to be an approved supplier.

·        A key element of the role is to facilitate effective interactions withthe customer by ensuring communication between the key stake holders (Summit customerservice / technical service / quality / leadership) and our customers.


·        Highly organised, well-presented & effective communicator withininternational environment.

·        Abilityto travel ~3 days per week.

·        Fulldriving license.

·        Self-motivated& ability to work autonomously within small team.

·        English(excellent standard in both written & spoken), French, Italian &Spanish.

·        Provenability to develop and maintain long term customer relationships.

·        Comfortableworking at all levels in an industrial environment (owners, purchasing,R&D, production & quality).

·        Provenability to manage both internally and externally a complex and long approvalprocess.
