Aerosol & Dispensing Forum is a success once again!

Statements about the ADF&PCD in Paris

“The Paris and the New York ADF shows are now “must go” conventions. For us at the EUSCHER GROUP, Paris was the most successful show due to all our customer and supplier friends, either exhibiting or visiting this important event. Thanks to all of you, thanks as well to the organization for the great job!”

Sepp Juch, Euscher GmbH & Co. KG

“As always, the ADF in Paris was a great show with interesting visitors and exhibitors. A great place to connect, inform, and follow the conferences.”

Harry Brühlmeier, Caprosol AG

“Successful as always. The best event that is held every year worldwide and also visited by many customers. Very positive is naturally the Aerobal event on the day before, which ensures that 70% of the world’s can makers are present.

After Metpack, the best event of its kind worldwide. Many insiders and top management are represented.”

Siegfried Christ, Mall + Herlan GmbH

“Once again, the ADF in Paris was a very good event with respect to customer contacts, innovations, and the degree of information. The audience is also becoming more international. Customers also appreciate how early in the year this event is held. The organizers try to provide optimal support to the exhibitors and incorporate their suggestions for optimization. For example, self-scanning in the booths and adequate personnel to check people in at the entrance. Not good were, in my opinion, the climate control disaster on the 1st day of the event, the endless lines at the food booths, the uninspired distribution of the lunch boxes, and lacking free spaces for ‘meet and greet.”

Alberto Pedemonte, Nussbaum Matzingen AG

“The Aerosol Forum in Paris was a visitor magnet again this year. This trade show offers an outstanding platform and draws more representatives from the entire aerosol industry each year. The many and varied contacts are certainly a key part of this forum’s success. The ADF Conference offered an interesting program that took up current topics and presented them succinctly. The Aerosol Forum has developed into the ‘must go’ event of the aerosol industry.”

Martina Geretti, Nussbaum Matzingen AG

“The ADF show was a great success for us. Like every year, the Precision team had the opportunity to meet key industry stakeholders. We had the opportunity to present our developments while we were discussing market trends and needs in a friendly and professional environment.”

Markus Raab, PRECISION

“My general impression of the ADF Paris 2019 was that it was a very active and busy event, and that it was a great opportunity to meet customers and suppliers. We had the chance to see new things and meet people – old and new people! I was very happy to see that sustainability is becoming even more a topic of discussion in the whole industry. As part of the event, were able to showcase our new innovations and we delivered our presentation on ‘Eco-Innovation and the Sustainability of Aerosols.”

Grant A. Coupland, Colep

“As always, it is a privileged moment to meet all the players in the sector in 2 days. In contrast to previous years, I felt that the conference presentations were very interesting, well focused. Our teams made a lot of contacts.”

Jean-François Wimmer, Hutchinson

“The Aerosol & Dispensing Forum in Paris continues to be one of the key annual events for the aerosol industry.  It provides an excellent platform for engaging with experts on topics that are impacting our industry, including sustainability, innovation and regulatory matters. It is an ideal opportunity to meet with customers and suppliers from across the globe.”

Laura Grant, Colep

“This was our first time exhibiting at ADF Paris. The previous three years we exhibited at ADF New York. The massive size of the Paris show, positive new-potential-client traffic, and overall interest in MBC was overwhelming in a good way. We received as many inquiries as we would at Pack Expo Chicago – historically one of our most successful shows. Meeting potential clients face-to-face we previously quoted (some who were not 100% sure about MBC and what we offer) was priceless. As of March 1st, we have already received three orders because of our exposure at the Paris show. It was all around a very positive experience for MBC. We confidently rebooked ADF 2020 before leaving Paris this year.”

Jim McBride, MBC Aerosol

“The Aerosol & Dispensing Forum in Paris provided us with insight into the overall situation and the newest trends on the market. It was an excellent place to gain some knowledge about the products and companies on the market. The ADF makes a great platform to meet current and prospective business partners from all over Europe. As first-time visitors, we acquired some very valuable contacts and are looking forward to participating in the event next year.”

Jurata Cibulskas, Gaspol

“I have been coming to the ADF/PCD in Paris for more than 10 years. The ADF is very near to my heart because previously there was no trade show only for aerosol packaging. Here, you can see across all industry lines everything that has something to do with aerosols.

I was also pleased to serve as a member of the jury for the aerosol award. Here too, the interesting compilation of manufacturers, cosmetics, technology, food, etc. I attended several lecture series and was always able to learn something new. This trade show is well-organized and good to attend. The 2 days are very well-invested.”

Peter Lamboy, bdvi  | das Verpackungsnetzwerk

“This year, the big trends, namely ‚sustainability, smart products, and individualization’ were revealed both in the exhibitors’ booths as well as during the conference program and in the innovation prizes awarded.”

Bernhard Felten, Beiersdorf AG

“We really value the ADF & PCD Forum in Paris. CRISANPLAST attends every year to present new products and solutions to a large audience, one that grows year after year. Paris is a strategic place to meet customers and potential clients from Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. All major players in the cosmetic, household, and automotive Industry participate with curiosity and interest. This exhibition is a crucial appointment for us, to consolidate existing relationships and forge new important partnerships.

In the past three years, we had significant success thanks to the important investments and latest news that had an immediate positive response from the market, such as new Ø 35 ALEX bicolor horizontal spray cap with molded insert, the smartest expression of CRISANPLAST design and technology.

In the future, this event can only improve, and CRISANPLAST with it!”

Massimo Vandoni, CRISAN PLAST SRL

“My comment on the Paris ADF would be that “It’s a well-organized event that enables one to easily network with an extensive range of players involved in the global aerosol industry.”

Nigel Jackson, “SprayAid”

“ASM Aerosol-Service AG, as an established, independent, internationally-oriented contract manufacturer for services in the development, mixing, filling, and packaging of demanding products in liquid or semi-liquid form has taken part in the Aerosol & Dispensing Forum in Paris for many years. We have seen how the trade show grows from year to year and how important exchange with customers and especially with suppliers is to us. On-site, we have the opportunity to conduct many interesting talks in a short period of time. This way, we also learn a lot about current topics in the industry.”

Bettina Berger, ASM Aerosol-Service AG

“We have been attending this fair with Massilly since the very beginning when it was only for aerosols at ’La Cité des Sciences.’ Now, the ADF Paris has really become the main forum for aerosols in Europe. We manage to see a lot of customers and prospects in 2 days. We can also promote our other metal packaging thanks to the PCD part of this fair. We will attend the fair again next year for sure.”

Julien Barde, Aerosol Division Commercial Director

“This is an excellent opportunity to meet clients, competitors, and suppliers to the aerosol industry and to find out what is new.

The Aerosol Forum is a really interesting exhibition and the format really works well. It is great to see new innovations and ideas and to follow the progress of these ideas over a period of years. The aerosol industry is full of innovative and imaginative people. (I should know - I’ve been in this industry for 47 years now!)

The good thing about the aerosol industry is that it is able to adapt to new challenges and to find new ways to do things.

On a personal level, the Aerosol Forum is a great place to meet old friends and to renew acquaintances and to get up-to-date. From that perspective it is very cost effective because you can meet people from all over Europe and even further afield.

One thing that I would like to see improved is finding your way around the exhibition - I found the layout to be quite confusing. I do not know why, because usually I have good spatial awareness, but I felt that it was difficult to navigate from one stand to another across the exhibition. I did not think that the map of the exhibition in the catalogue was as good as it should be.”

Chris Nimmo, Nimmo Project Consulting Ltd.

“There is no better trade show in Europe for aerosol manufacturers and their suppliers. Here, you meet the concentrated industry expertise in one of the most beautiful cities in Europe.”

Joerg Woltersdorf, Aerox AG

“The 2019 ADF & PCD exhibition this year in Paris was extremely well-attended and seems to be growing in popularity.

I think that this is the benchmark event, certainly for the aerosol industry, year after year.”

Andy Gibbs, CHURCH & DWIGHT UK LTD

“As already proved, the ADF Paris is one of the most important yearly events of our European aerosol industry; also, every year it gains exhibitors from abroad conferring it more and more of an international character…the ADF & PCD Paris is not only the place where exhibitors are presenting their existing products and innovations, but it is a real work place for all aerosol industry players where everybody can meet each other, by visiting the booths or by pre-planning meetings. It is the place where we have the opportunity to discuss matters face-to-face with our suppliers and partners, and not only with our well-known interlocutors, we also have the chance to meet interesting people from other departments, such as R&D, regulatory affairs, production etc…and of course I should not forget to mention the interesting visits and meetings with our current customers and the opportunities to meet new customers. I should also mention that in addition to the exhibitors’ product presentations in their booths, the aerosol conferences complement the exhibition with interesting presentations & innovations from diverse branches of the aerosol technology, providing a source of knowledge,  learning, and inspiration. The ADF Paris is the place where the aerosol industry players meet in a friendly and warm sphere (but sometimes in a cold one, this mainly on the first day of the fair…). The dynamism and energy of each participant warms up the atmosphere, making every fair a big success!”

Nicu Vasile, Volcke Aerosol

“I have been delighted to participate as a speaker in the last three ADF-Easyfairs, Shanghai-NewYork-Paris editions.

I really like the format of the event with regard to the 20-minute slots of the presentations, which makes it possible to hear a great diversity of information about innovation in the aerosol market.

Such a variety of presentations, made by passionate aerosol technicians about their work, makes the ADF event very enjoyable to attend.

As for the exhibition, there is a special care in the choice of locations that makes it very easy to access, indicating zeal and professionalism in the organization.

The stands in the simplified format are objective and focused on the business and this may explain the large number of exhibitors, and finally the access to them, which is what really matters.

I take this opportunity to thank the effort, the kindness and dedication of all the Easyfairs staff and to say that they should be always so committed to making the ADF event an example of success, one that honors the worldwide aerosol industry.”

Antal György Almásy, ABAS

“The ADF Paris 2019 proved to be the best exhibition for Lindal! Increasing the size of our space allowed for an impressive stand, ideal for the launch of our new products, such as our Enhanced Mist Technology, and facilitated high attendance with new and existing customers. It was very busy during these two days with exceptional feedback from all our visitors. We are very much looking forward to participating in next year’s show.”

Francois-Xavier Gilbert, Lindal Group

“Once again, the ADF in Paris was a wonderful opportunity to have discussions with many important contacts and to make new contacts. A very successful event!”

Silke Makoben, Globus Gummiwerke GmbH

“The ADF is the ideal platform for exchanging ideas with industry experts. We used our stay to discuss our own ideas with market-leading manufacturers and at the same time, to get to know other innovations. It’s like a big family reunion that you look forward to each year. You learn who’s developing what in which direction and you’re happy to meet new relatives.”

Dr. Manuela Knapp

“The show is always useful for me on behalf of the business I work for. It is a great opportunity to meet with new and familiar faces within the aerosol industry and to see what is ‘new’ to the packaging scene.

I thought the addition of brand owner areas for meetings worked well, especially as this event continues to grow. I am interested to see how the beverage section will work next year – from a printer/packaging point of view, the more sectors under one roof the better because packaging is looked at within all markets. I guess we will see a lot more around sustainability next year!”

Amy Falvey, Leading Edge Labels and Packaging

“The ADF show was as always a big event. However this year, maybe due to size and circumstances of weather conditions, it was not so easy for the exhibitors such as Cascade Technologies to get through the whole show. The hall was not heated on the first day, which gave some people colds. The program was a bit unorganized from our perspective, this may result from the fact that the packaging part PCD was so large and therefore squeezing out the aerosol packaging substantial shrinking it. The customer reaction to meetings was good.”

Gerd Schirmer, Emerson Automation Solutions

“The ADF was a very interesting exhibition, one that we were proud to attend. It was the perfect melting pot of experts in aerosol technologies, dispensing systems, and packaging, and the appropriate platform to exchange ideas, opinions & suggestions.

It was the right place to meet new manufacturers, old and new collaborators, and innovative companies bringing new ideas.”

Emanuela Pirro, COS.MA.R. Srl

“At the ADF/PCD show we feel that our fine mist technology is highly appreciated by the industry thanks to some very enthusiastic reactions. The exhibitors, visitors, and organization are leading experts. This gives us confidence that we will set a new standard in the world of sprays.”

Anne Mechteld Mosman, medspray

“It was a great event, one at which we may meet almost all of the major aerosol industry people. We were very satisfied with the event.“

Wise Huang, Majesty Packaging Systems Limited

“ADF being one of a kind, we are really glad to have participated in this European edition as an exhibitor for the first time. The exhibition was again full of interesting companies, products, and industry representatives, we believe that with a notable increase in the number of attendees and visitors compared to past editions.

We had the chance to welcome at our stand many visitors who came to see our innovative PET aerosol solution “AeroPET®” and to have a closer look at our aerosols dressed up for the occasion by Sleever International. What makes AeroPET® special is the variety of specific shapes we can create and that cannot be realized with traditional tin plate or aluminum cans. PET allows us to customize the aerosol container with creative designs in different sizes. AeroPET® is also 100% recyclable and compliant with FEA and DOT regulations.

Thanks to having an innovative product to present, our booth was very busy throughout both days of the exhibition. Brands, multinational companies, contract fillers, suppliers and journalists came along the Graham Packaging stand showing high interest for AeroPET®.

At the ADF we especially appreciated the engaging environment and the fantastic opportunity it offers to make many great contacts, which hopefully will develop into future customers and business partners.”
